METHOD OF PRODUCTION
It starts with a gentle pressing that respects the bunch, then proceeds with a slow, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (14 - 16 °C) in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for about 6 months on "fine" lees before bottling.
SENSORY DESCRIPTION
Fruity and fresh nose, characterized by notes of white berry fruits and hints of exotic fruits. In the mouth it is soft, delicate and with the right sapidity in the finish.
