Brief drying with subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is subsequently aged in oak barrels.
SENSORY DESCRIPTION
Soft, sweet fruit notes on the nose, which perfectly complement the explosive spice aroma on the palate. Full body and long finish embellish the sip.
